The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the operations of a Christian organization and ensuring that its mission is being achieved. The role includes managing staff, setting long-term goals, maintaining budgets, forming partnerships and representing the organization in public relations activities. This position involves leading the team toward meeting strategic objectives and guiding day-to-day operations of all departments within the organization.

Program Manager
The Program Manager is the leader of our Christian organization, overseeing all programs and coordinating resources for successful completion. They create procedures to ensure quality services are provided in a timely fashion, manage and mentor staff members, budget effectively, and represent our team in various meetings and events. They provide guidance to develop projects that align with our mission statement as well as making sure all staff members are on track to reach project goals.
